The hotel ambience and breakfast buffet spread was awesome. Too full to try everything..
The hotel is quite hard to find as you end up turning the wrong route. The bidet is leaking and the AC is not working well.

Room was good, however, there should be more brighter light at the working desk. The guy who checked me in was friendly and good. Ask the Banquet staff for assistance with a box, and they helped me with it.
The hot water was not hot at all. Told reception to look into it. There should be proper food tags on the buffet counter to differentiate the meat items, ask the cooks, if it was lamb or beef, they weren't sure about it. In a hotel like this, staff need to be more attentive and friendly.

Nous avons réservé une chambre King exécutive avec accès au salon club! Sachez qu’il n’y a pas de salon club… les salons sont encore fermés ! Pourquoi booking propose des offres avec accès au salon dans ce cas? Booking ferait mieux de s’informer sur les nouvelles conditions des hôtels avant de formuler des offres.. il y’a un nombre d’hôtel qui ne méritent plus les 5 étoiles vu le niveau des 5 étoiles en Asie
